Education and Experience

Screening Techniques
Before a consultant becomes a Prism employee, they must successfully pass a variety of screening techniques, which include:
Technical interview: An in-depth assessment of their skill level by an appropriate Information Technology professional.
Personal interview: Extensive interview time is used to determine the consultant’s interpersonal and job performance skills, such as reliability, ethics, thoroughness and project management skills.
Reference check: A thorough reference check and background check of the candidates is done before a consultant becomes a Prism employee.
Communications Training
All our new consultants must take an intensive communication workshop where they are trained in interpersonal skills.
